Along with a new car, we own a 2005 Toyota Solara and it's my baby. For years, I've been looking for the perfect fix-it home since EARTH IN UPHEAVAL closed in Sebastopol. The car has 136K miles on it and the engine is still robust. I got an oil change at Automotive Excellence and was told that there is a leak somewhere, but instead of going for the heavy-duty fix, these wonderful people advised a lessor expensive fix that just might take care of the leak, costing less $. So, I went for it. So far, it's been two months and I see no oil leakage...but I'll know when I return for my next oil change. I love their energy and fact that they have a driver service that allows their patrons to be driven home while repairs are being made. Our last Solara drove to the grand total of 235K miles, so I am hoping this car will be as long-lived. I trust them.
