I first came to Automotive Excellence in March of 2003 through a referral from a co-worker and I am very glad I did! Since that time, I have had all of my routine maintenance and repairs done here and I have always been a satisfied customer. Since I am not knowledgeable about cars, the main reason I feel comfortable referring customers to Automotive Excellence is because I trust them and I know that they will not take advantage of me. A few times I was concerned that a repair might be costly and it turned out to be something simple and inexpensive. In the 12 years that I have been coming here, if something unexpected comes up with my aging car, they always fit me in, even if I don't have an appointment. Mike and his staff are great. Jon, the Service Manger, is very professional, courteous and patient. My Honda has over 220,000 miles on it and when I have to get another car, I plan to select one that I can have serviced by Automotive Excellence!
