I was visiting my sis-in-law at college when my car started making a noise. We looked up on google saw great reviews and figured we would give them a call. It was late in the day on a Friday. They not only took me in that day to give me a diagnosis, but he even waited for my ride to come a little after hours. I have a Ford Escape and realized leaving that night that they actually don’t “officially” work on Ford’s yet they still took me in. Plus, my 3 year old son was in the waiting room with me and they brought out some toys for him to play with while we were waiting.The next day my car was fixed and ready for me to finish my trip home. This is a family owned business and you can tell by the way you are treated as family. I would never have received the kind of care I did from a regular car place. I would recommend this place to anyone needing work done!

I was visiting my sister while on a vcation. I had warning lights come on & off when starting my car. My sister recommended I take my car to Automotive Excellence. The staff was very friendly and kind from the first phone call through the entire repair experience. Getting an apointment was easy and the repair was done quickly. They kept in contact and were open about what was needed and how long the repair would take. I felt cared for and that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend this company for your car repair needs!

The facility is well equipped to handle most all general repairs and maintenance. The reception was easy, fast, and clear with all repairs and costs quickly and clearly communicated. The job was performed within the allotted time and it was completed well. Unlike many other facilities, my vehicle was returned to me just as clean as when I delivered it. While the work, reception, service, and expertise were all top-notch, there was a small glich which occurred. The concern was that this same small glich occurred at the previous maintenance date as well. The tires were overinflated beyond the recommended amount which detonated my vehicle's 'tire inflation' warning - a real irritating and unnecessary experience! As this was the second time this occurred, I will insist that no tire pressure alterations be completed in the future. Other than this, the whole process was well done and I will continue to return to this establishment with no additional concerns.
