Automotive Excellence has been doing work on my car for almost 2 years now, what a great job they do. The shop is just something to see, the work done on my car has been done batter than a deal could do, in fact much better. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly. My car runs like new, even though its a 2003. You could not find a better place to have your car worked on. Every one from office to shop are so nice an helpful, to help me to keep my car in good shape, all I can say is just go there an you can see for yourself, Will never find a better place or quality work that Automotive Excellence does.

I have been taking my two Toyotas to this shop and I will say that they are the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable people I've ever met. I would recommend this shop to anybody who is looking for an honest ,professional automotive shop in Rohnert Park. I tried using a couple of other shops here in Rohnert Park and in the end was very unsatisfied with the work that was performed on both of my vehicles and how some shops will tell you things that just aren't true and also maybe they're just not as knowledgeable as they should be. This is the place I feel will always be the place to service both of my vehicles and I will tell anybody that is looking for an automotive shop in town to look them up. My wife and I would like to say thank you so much for servicing us now and in the future.

This place is a gem! You know those "mom and pop" shops that you hear about from "back in the day"...honest, genuine, good service....yep, that's this place. We had just moved here not long ago, and when my car turned on with a noise that made me cringe, my stomach dropped. The toughest part of moving is having to figure out which repair shops, and which maintenance service people to use and trust for those everyday inconveniences. I called around the area, and Darlene was so welcoming and helpful. I was scared that the dreadful noise was going to be a doozy. I wasn't quite sure if the noise was ok to drive a few miles to their shop or if I should hire a tow. Unexpectedly, she actually asked if I wanted someone to stop by to listen to it to make sure. ...How many places will do that!?!... My battery was also dead, so, Dave stopped by, jumped my car, and took a listen. Luckily the noise had gone away, but I drove my car over for them to look over and fix something unrelated, and I was again shocked with their service and honesty. Owning a Lexus, I'm not accustomed to feeling relief when I see the ticket. Where, a 15 minute fix is billed for the entire hour. But I'll take it! LoL The cherry on the top of their already exemplary service was not having to figure out who I could get a ride with to drop me off at the shop when my car was ready. I know it's just the first visit, but it really mattered, and I definitely know where to take our cars for service.

I went here for some general maintenance, prompted to go from a review i read on google. What sets this shop apart from others is a very simple concept called customer service. It's comparable to eating at a Chickfila vs. a McDonald's; they sell a comparable product, however you keep going back to Chickfila because of the welcomeness you recieve, the transparency, integrity, etc. It really sets itself apart from other shops because of that and for that reason i will give my business to them. I received a personalized thank-you note after having my truck serviced there, that is a big deal and is certainly an excellent impression if the first impression didn't get you already. All of the work done was well explained and made sense for anyone who may not be experts in vehicle knowledge. Overall a great experience

I WAS GETTING THE RUN AROUND ABOUT SERVICES FOR MY DODGE AND I CAME ACROSS AUTOMOTIVE EXCELLENCE AND FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED TO SET UP APPT TO THE COMPLETION OF JOB IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL . THEY EXPLAINED IN FULL DETAIL OF SERVICES AND EVEN TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME THE PARTS THAT FAILED AND THAT WAS REPLACED ... FINDING A BUSINESS U CAN TRUST WHEN HAVING YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED IS EVERYTHING AND AUTOMOTIVE EXCELLENCE GOT THAT FROM ME 100% I AM GLAD I WENT THERE AND I HAVE FOUND A BUSINESS TO SERVICE MY VEHICLES WITH NO WORRIES .... CANT WAIT TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO GO THERE AS WELL ..
