I've had both our Hondas and Toyotas serviced here since ~1990 (30+ years now). Excellent service, and an honest business. Great friendly employees. I just had our Toyota Sienna van serviced there that has 218k miles on it. They help keep careful records of what's been done and only do what's actually needed. Their mechanics are very good at finding and fixing problems when they pop up, and they do good preventive maintenance work so unexpected problems don't occur. I trust them. I like them so much for servicing our cars I'm still having our cars serviced there even after we moved 2 hours away; we just drop off our car when we visit the area. I highly recommend them. A+ business and people. Very competent, very honest.

My wife and I both own Toyotas and we've been getting them serviced at a local business here in town and we're quite happy with our service we were getting until they serviced my wife's Camry transmission and after they performed a transmission service we noticed some issues with the transmission. I called the shop to discuss my concerns about the transmission and asked if I should bring it back to them so check it out or should I take it to a transmission shop and they said I should take it to a transmission shop they have an inspecting and see what the problem might be. So I did some research and checked out some reviews on automotive excellence and decided that might be the best place to have them take a look at my wife's Camry and find out what the problem was with the transmission and in the end we performed another transmission service a more complete one and that solve the problem, so I am very pleased with not only the professional service I received but I also decided that this shop is a more complete shop with better service days and hours then the shop I was going to and now my wife and I feel this should be the shop that we have service both of our Toyotas.

Very professional! Had amazing customer service with being on time and courteous. The amount was what they quoted me. They had pictures of everything they looked at and texted it right to my phone ! I look forward to doing more business with them!

Automotive Excellence is by far the best service garage that I have every used, and since I'm 76 years old, that's saying something. The shop just gets better with time. It was very good when Mike was the owner, but now under Dave's ownership, it truly is EXCELLENT. I brought my '05 Tundra in for an oil change yesterday, and to my surprise it included a complete inspection, including photos, with the results texted to my cell phone. That's the first time that ever happened to me when just getting an oil change. It's one thing to have high expectations, but this is truly going above and beyond expectations. Bravo Dave, keep up the great work.

I went in to have my splash guard checked and they fixed it for free! I didn’t have to wait long either. This is a car place I highly recommend. Honest, professional and efficient! We need to support more places like this! I will return if I ever need car care again!
