I needed to have my brakes evaluated for wear. Automotive Excellence was able to make an appointment to inspect my car with only a few days notice. They were very efficient; the inspection was done within a half hour along with an estimate. They could do the work right away and I was back on the road in less than two hours. I was very pleased. Automotive Excellence maintains an online appointment making tool on their website. I highly recommend using that tool. The office staff was very good at keeping me informed and up to date. Overall my first impressions are very positive. This seems like a highly professional shop with friendly staff and reasonable prices.
